Have you had a chance yet to hit the reset button or recharge your energy this season?
For the northern hemisphere this is a time of slowing down and taking stock. It’s time for some rest and coziness in your life.
Even if you are in the southern hemisphere, the New Year holiday will also prompt you to take a step back and think about what you want to accomplish in the coming year.
This is a replay of a previous episode where I covered how to identify the type of rest and recharge activities that are right for you. And as I stated in the intro of that previous episode, rest is not one-size-fits-all.

Much-need time off to reconnect with loved ones and reenergize body, mind and soul is about to commence but while I’m away I have some episodes lined up, starting with this one that will replay previous episode that are worth hearing again.
These episodes were specifically curated for this time of year to support you to take some time away if you want it or need it, and to reenergize and reconnect with yourself.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) work within organizations has gotten a lot of press lately. But what does it take for a company to truly become more diverse, equitable and inclusive?
