Dr. Tiffany Stewart is a national speaker, professional coach and mentor, trained licensed therapist, and tenured associate professor of counseling. She works with individuals, teaching step-by-step how to create the life they want and desire. Her passion is to help individuals, who may be stuck in some area of life, tap into their power and give themselves permission to step into their purpose and create the life they want to live. She is the creator of the L.E.A.P. Success System.

Playing Small Moment

Dr. Stewart’s playing small moment was a large portion of her past, when she was following along with everything she thought she was supposed to do. She didn’t consider that she could think outside of the box and explore her other abilities.

The Wake Up Call

Dr. Stewart was working with a mentor early in her career, when she was looking for guidance. She questioned her own worth, because her ideas were being rebuffed. But when she noticed her ideas were being regurgitated back to her, she experienced her wake up call. This is when she started to trust in herself and her intuition.

Style of Leadership

Dr. Stewart trusts her support group to take care of their responsibilities, but requires them to go hard like she does. She believes in work/life balance for herself and her team.

What Are You Excited About?

Dr. Stewart is super excited about her life right now, as she is creating her life’s work.

Current Business Challenge

Dr. Stewart is challenged as she tries to streamline her work. Her past beliefs of hard work all the time go against her work/life balance philosophy.

Your Support System

Dr. Stewart’s business coach and mentor supports her during her transitions, and helps her feel comfortable as she achieves new levels in her life.

Leadership Practice

Discipline and consistency are the two ruling practices that allow Dr. Stewart to be a good leader.
